We are carefully restoring this historic house, giving it back the original exquisite look of the beginning of 20th century.
Its appearance with all the cornices and pilasters with rustics will be recreated as new, and the basement will feature natural granite.
At the same time, its interior meets all the high modern standards of luxurious and comfortable living. Just like an expensive suit, Chistye Prudy is beautiful inside and out. From apartment halls to emergency exists, everything is stylish and exquisite here.
In the backyard you will find antique pavilions, a reconstructed building with appealing brick laying and impressive archways. Here we are offering the Lounge with a fireplace, fitness studio, and kids’ playgrounds with tenant‑only access.
