- В Clubhouse: выполнили монолит перекрытий; воссоздали исторические своды Монье; продолжили реконструкцию фасадных арочных въездов с перемычками, характерных для кирпичной архитектуры прошлого столетия.







Октябрь 2024
- В доме: начали выравнивать оконные откосы перед установкой шумоизоляционных стеклопакетов с рамами из натурального дуба; продолжили черновые работы на эвакуационных лестницах и в лифтовых холлах; смонтировали 85% инженерных ниш для систем отопления, вентиляции и связи; приступили к установке трасс кондиционирования, электроснабжения и воздуховодов в квартирах.
- В Clubhouse: подключили исторический павильон к тепловым городским сетям; выполнили монолит стен; бережно реконструируем арочные своды XIX века, чтобы создать пространство для отдыха жителей — Clubhouse с зонами Lounge, Kid’s Lab и Fit Lab.

- Продолжили наносить выравнивающий штукатурный слой на фасад.

- Продолжили подготовку фасада к монтажу декоративных элементов: рустов, пилястр и карнизов.
- В квартирах начали установку канализационных труб, стояков водоснабжения и отопления.
- Выполнили работы по черновой отделке лифтовых холлов на 55%.
- Установили конструкции въезда на автоматический паркинг.
- В историческом павильоне приступили к монолитным работам и гидроизоляции фундамента. Здесь появится Clubhouse только для жителей с пространством Lounge, патио, фитнесом и детской игровой комнатой.

- The metal spacer system was dismantled by 90%, which added stability to the building during the dismantling of old floor slabs.
- The walls of the elevator shafts were completed.
- The vertical structures of the sixth floor were fully completed, and the slab was completed by 45%.
- The brick walls of the elevator halls of the five floors of the house were erected by 90%.
- In the left wing, the rough finishing and installation of the engineering systems for the fire escape and elevator hall were commenced.

- The slab of the second floor was completed by 80%. Construction of the third floor was commenced: the monolithic frame was filled, 50% of the columns and walls were built, 30% of the floor slab was prepared. The stonework was commenced.
- Works in the parking were continued. Waterproofing of the walls was being made.







SEPTEMBER 2023
- The second aboveground floor of the house was being erected. The monolithic frame was being filled, 40% of the columns and walls were built, 30% of the floor slab was reinforced.
- A multi-level underground parking was being built. The base of the floor slab was constructed and waterproofing of the walls was being made.







AUGUST 2023
- Monolithic structures of the ground floor and lobby were being erected.
- Reinforcement of the walls of the second floor was commenced.
- The heating system was put into the building.
- Installation of the floor slab of the second floor in the parking was commenced and excavation of the ground of the first floor was at the completion stage - 3,115 cubic meters of soil were removed.











JULY 2023
- Floor covering of the first floor was commenced.
- Excavation works under the transfer plate for the installation of automated underground parking were carried out.
- Injecting of the existing brick walls with hydrophobic compounds was commenced - this will ensure the water resistance of the structures.
